Long time customer. I really love the owner Lynn. She is very professional and meticulous in her work. I also appreciate how she will take time to help less experienced employees learn their craft. My nails are very thin and other nails wouldn’t work. Due to Lynn’s experience my nails always look great. On the rare occasions there was a problem Lynn will always make it right.

Critical: QualityI very dissatisfied with my nails. I got dip polish and it looks like regular polish on my nails. I explained to the guy doing my nails that I wanted an extra coat because of my job and my nails break easily. He told me that the two layers were fine. When he was done with my nails he told me to go and wash them and they were not even dry so my top coat came off. Luckily the other guy that was in there, not sure if it was he owner; he was nice enough to fix my nails. I will never go back to this place and I do not recommend them to others. I very dissatisfied with my nails. I got dip polish and it looks like regular polish on my nails. I explained to the guy doing my nails that I wanted an extra coat because of my job and my nails break easily. He told me that the two layers were fine. First we waited an hour. Then they completely rushed through. My friend wanted pointy nails but the girl glued her own finger to the set nail, so they had to cut it off and when she was shaping my friends nail the tech said it was too short to do pointy. I wanted mine a little bit more pointy and when I told the tech he just pretended to do it and it was exactly the same. They also charge me $2 more than my friends and I had the same exact thing done. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle of the matter. The only one who had a good experience was my other friend and his Nail Tech was amazing. But I still would never recommend this place they did not care whatsoever about how it came out they rushed 100% of the time my nails do not look good they look uneven on both sides. the only thing I like about my nails is the color. They also made them way too thick.

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely loved it! The people were so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect color. I chose the acrylic manicure which cost $25 which is super cheap for the great quality. Mike did my nails and he shaped them into the perfect coffin shape. He is amazing at his job. I highly recommend this salon!

Both Lynn and Mike worked on me this afternoon and I love my nails! The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 was because I asked for round nails and I got square but its okay because the square looks great with what I got too!! Still cute and very clean. The location is peaceful and quiet. Inside was very clean. Very good customer service and English conversing skills. Mike and I talked about a shared hobby of ours and he was very cool to talk to. These people are just very nice and friendly as well as professional. I think this will be my new nail salon (:
