They were accommodating for an impromptu nail appointment. Final looks were well done for myself and my friend. There were some minor issues with staff comments and attitude but nothing that couldn’t have been a misunderstanding. I was also disappointed the nail tech wanted me to sit at a table the previous customers nail bits had not been cleaned off from yet. I made mention of that to my tech. I was also left unattended for a while at several points, not just during my nail soak. Would go there again for a quick nail appointment but would prefer another salon.

My manicure was basic and turned out nice. There wasn’t a hand massage, lotion application, or cuticle oil. Didn’t ask if I wanted an add-on of anything. I’m not sure if that was an option. I had standard polish, not gel or anything else.Polite and friendly service.

Linh did such an amazing job today!! I came in needing fills and to correct the nail shape that was poorly done at another salon. Linh reshaped them and did such a beautiful job with my design! Definitely will be coming back again!

First time trying this salon and I am overall happy . I had an appointment but they were busy so it took them about 20 mins to get to me and I was okay with that . The man that did my pedicure was nice and took his time . My nails came out amazing . I notice some of the ladies took a little on doing nails but I believe Lynn did my nails and eyebrows and she was quick and did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back to this salon .

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. Me and my daughter went to get pedicures and I was getting a full set. The lady was rude the moment we sat down. I showed her a picture of the French manicure I wanted and she proceeded to do my nails, all of them were misshaped and looked awful. I asked her if someone else could do them. she jumped up and said no one else is better than her and if I didn’t like them I could leave. I asked her why she was acting like that and yelling at me, that I still wanted my nails finished, she continued to yell at me and I said my nails weren’t even filed, no finishing coat, I was not going to pay for this awful unfinished set. She grabbed me by my wrist and started cutting the nails OFF. I was so embarrassed and in complete shock. everyone was starring. I went to another salon near by to ask if they can help me and told them what happened. the nail techs and customers shared that they have heard and experienced terrible service from this same salon and same nail tech. Please do not go to this establishment to be assaulted and humiliated.
