Shabby interior, questionable hygiene, cannot see how they disinfect their instruments. All the good manicurists left mid covid. Their products are old and dry and the ladies are trying to make them work as best they can. And it’s one of the most expensive places to get mani-pedi It was $100 with tip. Definitely not worth it

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in and got a manicure & pedicure, everything was fine other than the lady rushing my manicure and not letting the gel dry all the way. When it came time to pay, I paid with a pre-paid Visa card + gave a generous tip and the woman kept telling me to write my license number on the receipt. I did not have my ID on me at the time so I repeatedly told her I did not have it. I did not understand the issue as to why she needed my ID number as she wouldn’t tell me when I kept asking, and she and the other employee started loudly speaking over me and were making it clear that they were irritated that I didn’t understand. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. This place is wonderful! Walking distance from my house, great prices, and friendly staff. I was a walk-in customer and was greeted and seated immediately. My gave me a pedicure and she was awesome and so friendly. Didn’t try to up-sell me or hide their prices. They have three levels for pedicures: $29, $35, and $48 which is a great deal for all you get even with the cheapest option. It’s also so great to walk in and not be so overwhelmed with fumes. Definitely recommend!

My friend brought me here this week for the first time. We walked in without appointments and were immediately seated. Annie did my nails and she was so friendly and did a wonderful gel manicure! They have a lot of fun color choices (chrome, shine, sparkle, etc.) and mine came out great. They give you a arm, hand and neck massage as well as paraffin wax hand treatment all included for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!
