It was my first time getting dip and long nails and I love how it turned out! Everybody was friendly. They have a big selection of colors to choose from, the salon was clean and peaceful. I especially liked how they payed attention to little details and gave me a quality experience. Price is the same as other places but better quality.

Do not go here. I got a gel manicure. $54 dollars with tip. But that isn’t even my issue. I got my manicure in 8/24.. it is now 8/30. Lasted one week! Never any other salon.

Made an appointment for a dip manicure. Took over two hours. They took on too many customers. No personal service. Lots of waiting while they worked multiple people at a time. Middle nail jacked up. They do not know how to do dip. Second photo is today; less than a week later.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been to this nail salon for a shellac manicure and a pedicure before and had a positive experience. However, I would not recommend them for a dip manicure. This was my first time getting the dip at this specific salon and I was not satisfied. I asked for my normal nails to be filed in almond shape and they ended up extremely short and round. They do all the shaving, buffing and shaping with a hand file which left the dip extremely thick and also caused the staff to cut me multiple times. I have been to this nail salon for a shellac manicure and a pedicure before and had a positive experience. However, I would not recommend them for a dip manicure. This was my first time getting the dip at this specific salon and I was not satisfied. I asked for my normal nails to be filed in almond shape and they ended up extremely short and round. I usually very rarely review but this needed it. I read reviews and still went since I needed a nail place while staying downtown. I went in at 11:30am, no one was in there. Thinking it would be a quick mani/pedi no complicated usually 1.5hrs max other places. Nope! It took until almost 3pm!!! I had no polish on my toes or fingernails when I went in! Still 3 hours! The lady I had was not gentle in filing my feet and actually scraped my side of the foot raw. My manicure looked like they already needed a fill! Middle nail on my right hand looked lumpy. I was very disappointed! Chipping and break within a week. So sad about the experience

By far the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I let my nails grow out in order to experience dip powder and give acrylic a break. My nails were soaked with nail polish remover for about 40 minutes and my fingers became so irritated. I ended up doing gel polish instead because of how much my cuticle was burning at that point. In the end, my nails look lumpy with spots of brown, my nails are not even; some are round some are square and some are slanted! Then she just slapped some lotion on my hands and called it a day. So unsatisfied and irritated with this experience
