Critical: QualityTerrible experience. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Was charged $10 extra dollars for the shape & the “French tip.” Sat & asked for the shape to be fixed probably 5 times & he told me it was my fingers being crooked, not his shaping. Also asked for him to fix the polish because I didn’t like how he did the French tips, but just gave up after having asked so many times. The nails are uneven & very crooked, there was no cuticle care, the paint job was sloppy. The pictures make it look much better than it does in person. As you can see from the photos, the nails are not similar at all. I do not recommend coming here, unfortunately. Being my first time there, I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised but was ultimately incredibly disappointed. My vacation nails came out nothing like what I wanted. Never had such an awful shaping job done on my nails. Ended up paying $70 for a full set that turned out like this. I will not be returning.UPDATE: 3 days later, my nails are already chipping & breaking? Genuinely upset about this. My nails have never been this terribly done. Terrible experience. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Was charged $10 extra dollars for the shape & the “French tip.” Sat & asked for the shape to be fixed probably 5 times & he told me it was my fingers being crooked, not his shaping. He filed my nails all the way down even though I asked him to leave them as long as he could. Then he painted them sloppier than my child would do. There was nail polish all around my cuticle areas and finger tips. When he was done he tried to just file all the excess nail polish away but it was painful and I had to ask him to stop. Worst gel manicure I have ever had. I saw Stephen , so I can not say that everyone is bad, however he should not be doing nails. He filed my nails all the way down even though I asked him to leave them as long as he could. Then he painted them sloppier than my child would do. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went to them today for my second ever gel nail set. Kim was the lovely woman who did my nails. She was very patient with me (I’m an anxious person) and took her time addressing any concerns and questions I had. As far as covid precautions I was impressed. Barriers between nail tech and customer, and between stations as well. Masks are required and hand sanitizer abound. They ask you wear gloves when choosing a color too! I went to them today for my second ever gel nail set. Kim was the lovely woman who did my nails. She was very patient with me (I’m an anxious person) and took her time addressing any concerns and questions I had. As far as covid precautions I was impressed. Barriers between nail tech and customer, and between stations as well. Masks are required and hand sanitizer abound. They ask you wear gloves when choosing a color too!
