An outstanding little salon. We booked this place for hair and makeup before our big day, and they opened just for our group, including the Groomsmen! They did an outstanding job. Jessa does a great job! I brought my daughters in (because of Fall Break) during my appointment. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door! Jessa was also very flexible and was able to fit in haircuts for my both my daughters. They were so excited to have nice haircuts too! On top of that, she really does a nice style for curly hair and has lots of great tips for maintaining the health of your curls.

Every haircut I’ve gotten from Melanie has been A+. She is super friendly, beyond competent with clippers and scissors, and pays close attention to the details. I don’t think I’ll be getting my haircuts from anyone else for the foreseeable future. (She is also excellent with long hair–the client before me looked absolutely gorgeous when Melanie was done with her.) The customer service at the front desk has also been fantastic. Overall I highly recommend visiting Pure Mettle.

Karen was super informative on the whole process and knew exactly the services I would need in which I wanted. A little nervous for a wax. It was a invigorating experience. Beware of this Salon! If I could give a zero rating . I would ! The staff is very unprofessional and overpriced. The stylist who attend me for consultation and did my hair colour and highlights did not listen to me. Even when I did show pictures .Only to be there all day .
