OUTRAGED at the level of client service I just received! Set an appointment 6 months ago for an $850 laser treatment for tomorrow Saturday 9/19. Didn’t hear from anyone so decided to confirm the appointment myself. I was told that they no longer do Saturday appointments or laser treatments because of Covid YET NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL OR TELL ME!!!! The very unsympathetic receptionist was just like “I don’t know why no one called you.” REALLY??? and then I was refused the office manager being told “she will call you back when she has time. WELL I GUESS SHE DOESN’T HAVE TIME TO SAVE A CLIENT WHO WOULD’VE SPENT MANY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT THEIR PRACTICE. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!

I have been coming to Pure for several months and have seen some great results. They have evening and weekend hours and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Decor is modern and soothing. Some treatments can be pricey but I have no regrets!

I know Dr. Mckenna many, years from when he had his office in Dunmore Pa & have had Plastic surgery done by him, as well as visiting the Medi Spa. I love Dr M he is so good at what he does he is also so sweet, kind, and funny. I think that helps when having procedures done I feel more comfortable. The staff is also friendly & helpful! They even do amazing eyebrows at the Spa. 5* all the way 🙂
