I had an appointment at 11:45 with Crystal. She was 30 minutes behind. I had another appointment literally up stairs that took 5 minutes. Instead of waiting for me as she knew it would only take 5 minutes and my procedure with her would take 5-10 minutes, she decided it best to take a client back that would take an hour or longer. I had to wait for her for 30 minutes and she couldn’t wait for less than 5? It’s disappointing because I normally have a great experience but this was terrible business in Crystal’s part.
