Social anxiety has been given a new meaning since emerging from the pandemic and it’s left a lot of us with depleted cortisol levels from stress and hyperactive nervous systems betraying our brains and telling our bodies every little thing is a perceived threat. I specialize in trauma informed touch and a deep form of relaxation. I pride myself in providing a safe space for all walks of life and that everyone has the right to feel comfortable, safe and confident in their own bodies. I believe you can get that therapeutic relief without the pain and discomfort and one of my super powers is that I can help anyone relax and reconnect with their subconscious. Each month I choose a local herb to infused my oil and educate my clients on.
