Vanessa is absolutely the best! I’ve put off having laser done for two years because I’m such a scaredy cat and have the LOWEST pain threshold, but my experience was fantastic. I was super nervous but Vanessa helped me relax and answered all my questions without being irritated. Having my whole face done was, in fact, less painful than my eyebrow threading sessions. So I would 100% recommend this! And the machine blows cold air while zapping the hairs, so that was also great.
