I will NEVER visit the establishment again! Rude is an understatement! The service was rushed! I was asked over and over again to change the service I requested! I wanted one thing and I was asked over and over if I wanted something else even after I booked the appointment for the service I wanted! After paying the lady KEPT my change and said it’s their tip! I asked her to show me that in writing! I was prepared to tip, but don’t just keep my money! Then after I tipped the lady had the audacity to say “go home!”

They don’t change sheets over the bed in between clients, I saw that first hand after my massage was rushed to get two people waiting, I came out they went in. The massage was good won’t deny that but he had to stop a few times to answer the phone and whatever else he went out the room to do, This being my first time that made me uneasy, I wanted an hour I received roughly 40 minutes I know because I was timing. My foot massage was for 30 I got 19. The worst part is when I paid after signing he says NO TIP? in a very rude manner like I was obligated after being cheated out of my massage time, I explained to him why but he didn’t respond….the nerve of him. This was why my review is a two.

I really enjoyed my table massage! I didn’t expect it to be as soothing as it was. The lady left me feeling slightly inebriated the massage was so good! I had to tip. The staff here work very hard and were even accommodating to my employer, who has some mobility issues, so they were quickly able to find work-arounds to accommodate her. The prices were extremely reasonable. $100 for our total services of back, foot, and table massages. I’ll definitely be back!

Clean facilities and good work but I can’t stand the fact they beg for a tip after I’ve paid for my services. I feel it’s up to customers to decide if they want to tip and not to be asked. That’s rude and make me not return even though I enjoy my treatment. And after I tipped they were not pleased as if it’s a certain amount they look to be paid. Unappreciative!!!!

I got the 30 minute foot massage and wished I would’ve gotten an hour. It is the best massage I have had in Mobile. Definitely coming back and trying other massages. 10/10 recommend!
