Patricia is amazing, each week we do a galvanic and high frequency facial. We do various masks and peels, whatever we decide I need on my acne journey. She has greatly improved the skin on my face over all, color wise and acne. We also tint my eye brows and lashes too! Making me a little less ugly each session!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We had discussed and agreed that she would start slow and light and then build upon that with a stronger peel each session. After the 4th peel I sent her a text message expressing concerns about not seeing any significant changes in my complexion. I also asked her in that same text if she could try giving me a deeper peel that would more then likely yield the results I wanted, such as the TCH 13% and layering it once or twice in place of the Mandelic acid that she had used for all four previous peels. Patricia’s response to my request via text message was that I was not peeling or getting results because of something I was doing wrong at home, and that she was not willing to try the TCH peel , and would continue to do things her way because she trusted what she was doing. (I’m paraphrasing) A few days later, on a Monday April 8th I texted Patricia and explained to her that I had decided to do the TCH peel myself and would like to cancel my last two scheduled appointments, and get a refund for the last two sessions that I had paid for in advance. Patricia text back agreeing to pay me the full of amount of $80, and said she would put the money in an envelope at work, have me sign a release form and would contact me within the next week to come in . I didn’t question why I had to wait two weeks to be refunded, I simply texted her back to say sounds good, and thank you. She never contacted me that following week, so I texted her the day after Easter which was on a Monday, April 22nd asking when I could come to her office to get my refund and sign the release form. She text back that I could come in any day after Monday and before 4pm. She also stated in the text that she would be deducting $20 from my refund for cancelling my last two scheduled appointments. I was in total shock to say the least because two weeks prior she had texted to say she would refund me the full amount. We debated back and forth. I arrived at her office the following morning but she was running a little late and had not arrived yet. Upon her arrival we spoke and she handed me the release form to sign. It was riddled with verbage that I considered complete nonsense! I refused to sign the form and she expressed that she would not refund me the $60 if I didn’t sign it. Patricia’s argument was that she had every right to charge me for cancelling my appointments because she could have booked other appointments. The problem I have with this is she had agreed to refund me the full amount two weeks prior and then changed her mind! I have a major issue with that. Who wouldn’t? I also feel that cancelling my last two appointments, and asking for a refund was a reasonable request because she had declined to make any adjustments to my future treatments and I was not satisfied with the previous four. Finally, she wrote something on the release form, had a woman that works in the doctors office where she rents a space to sign the document as a witness, placed it in her purse, refused to give me a copy and then handed me an envelope with $60 cash inside. I stated to her that risking her reputation for $20 was ridiculous. Not my proudest moment here but by this time I’m starting to get a little annoyed. Patricia was holding a piece of paper and I snatched it out of her hand, ripped it up, tossed it onto the floor and walked out the door. Again, not my proudest moment, I’m so much bigger then that childish behavior. Lastly, Patricia texted me several times after I left stating that she would sue me for defamation of character if I slander her spa. She also text to say that she was sorry that my spirit was malicious. Based on my experience I don’t believe that Patricia is business savvy, has the experience or the knowledge to work with chemical peels other then the very mild Mandelic acid peels, nor cares very much for her clients. My recommendation is that you go some place else if you want deeper peels, transparency, respect and honesty.
