It was my first time meeting her, but also first time getting a lash lift/tint, and the experience was amazing. She communicated each step to me during the session as well as explained the proper aftercare. Felicia also did one amazing brow wax/tint, and my brows have never looked better. I knew instantly that I would be making another appointment with her because the quality of her work and final results are totally worth every cent. Had a wonderful time during my appointment today! It was my first time meeting her, but also first time getting a lash lift/tint, and the experience was amazing. I had no idea what to expect when going in to get my lashes lifted and tinted, but I loved the experience. Felicia was very professional and made the process quite enjoyable. Her spa is so cute and clean and you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. As a plus size person I was a little worried about going in, just because some people can be rude. She just made me feel like every other customer and I really appreciated that. I will not only be going back for eyelashes fills but also for waxing needs. I highly recommend. My eyelashes look beautiful and she was so gentle and kept making sure I was doing good and comfortable. Just a fantastic experience.
