I’ve seen Jess several times for facial services. She was incredibly knowledgeable and customized the treatment to my skincare needs. I always leave with bright, glowing skin and a clear complexion. She also gave me samples of professional skincare products to try at home. She made sure to take the time to go over what I needed to do to achieve and maintain a more youthful appearance. She is so friendly and I feel pampered and relaxed the whole time I’m there. She also does sugaring hair removal and in no time at all, I was bikini and beach ready with smooth skin! I have been seeing Jess for a few months now for sugaring and I absolutely love her. She makes every appointment enjoyable, and really what is really fun about having hair pulled out?! I was really nervous the first time to experience sugaring and she made me so comfortable. Not only was I able to reach out to before setting up an appointment and discuss things, she was very open to hearing about things and never once did I feel judged. She explained what she was going to do, what I could expect to, answered every question I had and ones I didn’t even think of. She did a test section made sure I was okay before with moving forward. She has an amazing personality. She makes a uncomfortable situation some women, relaxing and comfortable. We chat the entire time and before I know it my appointments are over. I would highly recommend her for any of services just with my experience alone with the sugaring service I get done. I just made an appointment for my daughter for a facial. Jess has offered to help with some makeup advice since I don’t know a thing about it – an example of how she goes above and beyond for her clients.

10 out of 10!! I’ve been seeing Jessica for about 6 months, and I think it’s safe to safe she’s got a lifetime customer with me! Jessica is the utmost in professional, and always makes me feel extremely comfortable in her care. One of the main reasons I see Jessica is because of her understanding in skin care.
