Critical: ProfessionalismMy wife and I booked appointments. We each received several emails and txt messages reminding us of the appointments. We showed up at our appointed time and the door was locked. We knocked and called no answer. We waited around 10 more minutes no one showed up. We came from out of town about 40 minutes away. How unprofessional we will not go back and we will make sure to refer people anywhere but pure hydration.My wife and I booked appointments.
