Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSusan has been my hairstylist for years, and I have followed her through multiple salons, but I am so happy she is now an owner of her own salon. The salon itself is gorgeous, conveniently located on the Silas Dean, and her services are top notch. Even with COVID precautions, I don’t feel like anything has changed when you sit in her chair.I am insanely picky and overprotective about my hair, and I feel confident enough in her to say “do whatever you want” with a cut and color at times, when I can’t make a decision for myself. She knows what I like and what looks good on me, and it shows every time I leave. Her product recommendations are also always top notch! (The True Shampoo by Maria Nila has changed my hair!
