This salon has such a fun atmosphere! All of the staff is so kind and friendly. Jessica gave me my massage and she is wonderful. She is personable and professional, making you feel at ease the minute she enters the room. I was relaxed from the very start. I also got my hair done by Kacy. She is the best! I described what I wanted done with my hair and it turned out exactly how I wanted! Every time I go to Pure Glow it’s a great experience. My hair is dark, thick, coarse, and hard to manage. My stylist is careful with my hair and approaches each application with thought and technique. She never rushes and always does the color and cut that I want. The shop is super cute, and comfortable. All of the stylists are very nice, and always welcoming. They treat you like a friend, not just a number, but are very professional.They have extremely talented stylists that do amazing work. Their Aveda products are incredible and actually show results!! I’m in love with my hair everytime I go. Try them out, you wont be disappointed! By the way, Katie is rockstar! ❤

I love this salon! It’s starts with the wonderful receptionist Karen who does a fantastic job from the moment you walk in the door. The owner, Kacy really does a fabulous job and she is so professional. When you come here you know you are in good hands. Everyone that works here seems to be very professional. Salon is top-notch. The salon is so clean and organized and everyone is so nice. They offer you something to drink. It’s a great place in every way. I Love this place and always look forward to my appointment. WONDERFUL PLACE.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe salon was small but clean and the receptionist was super nice and friendly but that is where the good ends. I got my haircut by Katie and it was the worst experience. I had very long one length hair and had asked for 8 inches off and then a lot of layers and what I walked away with was 10 inches off and just 1 layer cut. When she was done cutting she slightly blow dried my hair and then while it was still damp she used a flat iron!! My hair was still so damp that I heard a sizzle and saw steam from it. She fried my hair! She never even fully dried it! Needless to say I am stuck trying to grow out this mess so I can go somewhere else to fix what she messed up. Also, don’t believe the website when it says “All haircuts include a complimentary consultation, an Aveda stress relieving scalp massage, a blow-dry style and an Aveda finishing makeup touch-up. ” because I never got a scalp massage, hair was not dried and styled, and not Aveda finishing touch-ups were done!
