Lindsay is wonderful! She was recommended after experiencing acute back and neck pain and I’ve been sold ever since! It’s the first time I’ve experienced massage therapy as actual THERAPY! She always adjusts her practice according to your body and my appointments have evolved as my original pain issue has become less acute and other issues arise. She is super knowledgeable and always incorporating new training techniques into her practice and she always has suggestions on how to incorporate stretches and other holistic approaches into your life to help combat pain and tension. Her space is calming and relaxing and Lindsay is kind and comfortable to be around. I look forward to my standing appointment with her every month 🙂

Lindsay is amazing! She is very knowledgeable in her field and has been a huge help to me after my rotator cuff surgery and frozen shoulder. She has offered suggestions of a variety of stretches to assist in my recovery and I couldn’t be happier! I look forward to my visits at least monthly! I would highly recommend her! I have had many massages over the years and I thought I had met great therapist until I met Lindsay. She is is both talented and intuitive. Super clean office, relaxing music help in creating a warning friendly environment. I had severe neck and back spasms before my massage, but after an hour on her table my discomfort subsided immediately.
