Text salon to make an appt. in December 2022. Was glad to get in, but not so glad with the outcome what so ever. Owners are not affiliated with Hilton Hotel at all and just own the salon itself. Anyhow, owners sent in a nail tech that only knows how to do gel. Which limits my options, however I did say I wanted gel, but what if I changed my mind? In addition to this, the pedicure took about 2-1/2 hours. It was so long that I ended up having to use the bathroom, and couldn’t hold it any longer..then coming back she had to fix it even after curing it under the lamp. The gel was so thick. The manicure was also awful and also long. The nail tech cut me 5 times and one of my fingers would not stop bleeding. I initially had dip on my nails from a tech prior. She supposedly took off the dip and charged me for doing so. **She did not remove the dip as it was clear. But kinda glad she didn’t. But why charge me for doing so? I didn’t realize until removing them myself that she in fact, did not remove the dip.** But my nails are so damaged from all the cuts and how unsanitary she was with the tools and cleaning the wound. A day later my finger that would not stop bleeding swelled up. It’s still swollen. She sort of panicked as she ran out of peroxide and begged me to put some on after leaving. I did soak it right after in my hotel room. One of my finger nails also have a fungus. Overall awful experience and a huge disappointment. Over priced and she did not want to discount the service after taking 3+ hours and cutting me 5x. I was on vacation with my family, and decided to just take the loss and move forward with my vacation. A month later, I’m still dealing with lots of skin peeling, nail breakage, fungus and swelling. It’s an awful waiting game for my nails to bounce back. I know I’ll need to see a doctor for treatment of the fungus. It’s just unfortunate.

Made an appointment for nail services during a business trip. The tech no-showed and had no way to reach her. Very disappointed with Hilton for allowing this.

I’ve come here a few times now with my friend. The women who work here are always super kind and professional. They do a great job and take pride in nail health. They don’t re-use nail files or nail buffers which I appreciate. they take their time and are very meticulous. Their pricing is very fair and they do an excellent job.
