This place is amazing. My esthetician was Tess Tyler she did very good job on my eyebrows she was very knowledgeable and she was very gentle with the wax. I set up an appointment for makeup and hair trial for my daughter’s wedding. The makeup was amateurish and had several flaws. The makeup artist was not confident of herself made several excuses of why my makeup looked so bad. I even gave her a picture of exactly how I wanted my eye makeup to look like. By the time I got home the eye shadow was clumped in the creases of my eyelids. My eyelashes were not long and beautiful but clumped together. They use a hodge podge of makeup from ulta. I know how to apply makeup however I was hoping for an experience by a professional to provide for me a day for my daughter’s wedding completely flawless! Instead it was nothing close. My hair style that I requested was also mediocre therefore with that alone I would not book them to perform their services for my daughter’s wedding. I spoke to the owner requesting a full refund as I was not happy with the services. She did not care that I was not satisfied and only refunded me half of the makeup trial. I would not recommend this salon for hair and makeup services at all!

Great salon located on empire. I went here after my hair stylist switched locations. Randi is fantastic at cutting hair and is the only person I will personally go to. If you are looking for someone that does a great job cutting hair I suggest you give her a chance. She is nice and super friendly. Randi will also not rush through cutting your hair. This salon has great prices compared to others I have been to. While they are not as cheap as your walmart, sports clips, etc they do a much better job. Highly recommend.

Times are different now. With covid and things. I scheduled the MUA for my wedding 4 months ahead of time and 1 month before my wedding my scheduled service was cancelled by the MUA. I love keilee she’s so nice and friendly and sweet, I would have recommended her to anyone. However cancelling a bridal service 40 days before an event is just devastating.

Cant express enough about the staff and how they make you feel like you are family. 1st class all the way. Love the 10 minute scalp massage, it will almost put you to sleep. Brooke Hassler and the rest of the ladies are top notch!
