The service here is amazing and the staff is very professional and friendly and great at what they do. Only ladies I will let cut my hair and they are my go-to for manis, pedis, and massages. It is always very clean, as well. Perfect spot to relax and get yourself pampered. I won’t go anywhere else in town.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit several massage places across this great nation. And honestly, this place ranks somewhere near the bottom of the list. The impression that I got was that everything is about the money. Want a massage? 65 bucks. Want them to apply more pressure? That’ll be 70 dollars. I asked for a full body massage. With a heavy focus on my back. I received a partial massage with focus on my shoulders. My hands, arms, feet and about 50% of my legs went untouched. She finished with stretching my hips and back area. Which left me in more pain than when I came in. Not only will I not return but I recommend that anyone with chronic pain avoid this place.

I started going there for massages – excellent! – but then I noticed they also offer acupuncture. Last year I had a herniated disc that brought tremendous back pain. I had been to my regular doctor and also a chiropractor, but I experienced the most relief after seeing Jessica for acupuncture. Not only does acupuncture address specific issues I’m having, but now I also find it relaxing and a spa service I really look forward to. They were super helpful assisting me in picking out some massage and other options for a gift for my very pregnant wife. They explained things that they couldn’t do and why (no hot stone for pregnant customers) but what they could do instead. The actual appointment helped my wife relax and feel as pampered as an 8 month pregnant woman can.

I saw Amber after a couple of people recommended her and Pure Envee when I was in need of a therapeutic massage after moving 2100 miles to Coldwater and starting a new job. Amber did great in helping relieve the tension in my problem areas. The first time I ever got a massage my skin broke out from the oil/lotion used and my previous massage therapist used a brand I didn’t know the name of but didn’t cause any reactions. I let Amber know this and she took care not to use anything with fragrance that might react to my skin and at my second massage she checked on how my skin reacted. Professional and courteous! I haven’t heard anything bad about any of the other massage therapists, but Amber was recommended to me and based on my experience I also share the recommendation

No matter which massage I ask for, I get the same massage every time. At $100 a pop, I should get what I asked for. I also dont like the table. It tips me so my head and chest are down low and my hips and legs are up higher. It makes my head hurt. The massages I got were just okay. Not the best.
