First of all, I am particularly particular about being touched or having My head region touched as I am “tender headed” and ticklish. Worse yet- I just lost My Hair Wizard (she retired from the game) and am in mourning (love and gratitude Niecy ), so when I Googled and saw this HAVEN open 24hrs, I giggled because I had My doubts. Didn’t last too long as I called and became AWED. The welcoming voice of the savvy and professional Kay gave Me the sense of true belonging. She listened to Me, My concerns and eccentricities and immediately met My needs. She bragged on Ashle’s skills, boosting My excitement more, and they gave Me an early appointment for the next morning because I didn’t know what I wanted done for My hair before a wedding all the way in Vallejo that same day. Let Me finish by saying, Ashle did wonders with My short and natural coily hair that morning (obviously she is a creative visionary with talent who takes pride in her gift and work), and I walked out looking just as authentic and natural even with My hair straightened, trimmed and styled. Pure AND Elegant! I will keep coming here and even try new services. thank you Kay and Ashle!

For my first time going to a salon to get my hair braided Im happy I came to pure elegance. Brandi can do hair. She did exactly what I wanted. How many people do you know that can do a heart design in your head in Elk Grove…not that many. I would highly recommend coming here to get your hair done period. Everyone is so nice, funny and professional. I will be coming back.

Top notch service from beginning to end. I sent a text with my desired style and was quoted a price and scheduled for the next day. It was a one stop shop operation. I was able to get my hair washed,braided, and she even had hair on hand so that I didn’t have to go shopping. She was quick and very pleasant to talk to.
