I walked into the salon to inquire about making an appointment for a haircut. There were two employees in the room.. one beautician working on a client, and what I believe was a receptionist sitting at the front desk. I walked in and was standing 3 feet in front of the receptionist… an older woman with blond straight hair. She was scrolling on her phone, looking down. I stood there for more than five minutes as she was scrolling her phone. She never looked up at me or acknowledged me. It was very uncomfortable standing there and not being acknowledged as there were no other people waiting. I finally just said,” have a nice day” and walked out. I’m not sure what was up with that or why she refused to acknowledge that I was standing there? What has happened to common courtesy and customer service lately? If she was busy, she could have said I’ll be right with you. She was on a social media site.

My wife had been extremely excited and scheduled for the 6th at 9am since July 27th only to show up today and be told she wasn’t on the schedule and was turned away. She doesn’t take a lot of time for herself so this was very disappointing to see her pull back in the driveway upset after only being gone 30 minutes.

The owner and staff are incredibly kind, professional and listen to your wants/needs. The salon is clean and decorated beautifully. Tori gave me the best cut of my life. I had a Mohawk and decided to grow it out. It was getting real weird and she gave me a cut that looked as awesome as it could until it was long enough to have a super amazing cut.
