I absolutely have to write a review on this business. On the outside the building looks small, like what could they possibly fit into that house!? But holy moly, what an amazing place! From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and kind. As well as the atmosphere is incredibly light and open with very beautiful decor, And they have 3 full floors of salon and spa services! Jamie is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to make my mother feel relaxed. She listened to what my mom said, and really made her enjoy her time there. Everyone absolutely needs to get the scalp clarifying treatment with massage!! Absolutely amazing. The scalp massage and clarifying treatments we had were Totally like the ones people get in China… like in the ticktock videos I’ve seen! What an amazing experience we had yesterday. Everyone needs to experience something like that!

I’ve been looking for a stylist who knows curly hair, and Kelly is the one! She took time to learn about my hair, how I work with it and asked lots of questions first. We talked through what I wanted and she explained how she would approach the cut. She also explained how she was using product and ways to work with my hair that will achieve better outcomes. Additionally, Rosa gives me a spa-like experience when she washes my hair….so relaxing! I’ve been going there for years.

My mother in law first introduced me to this salon two years ago and I’ve been obsessed ever since! The products are quality organic and the staff is so kind and welcoming. I go to Shahd for my hair and she is amazing. Super talented as well as just a lovely person. I used to dread getting my hair done because I am not the best at salon small talk, but I have never felt that way since going to Shahd. My mother in law uses the spa services and loves them. I could not recommend Pure enough!
