I’m so happy to have found Pure Concepts just a few months ago, everyone is so friendly and it’s such a nice atmosphere. Sophie Peirce is my stylist and she’s the best! She’s a natural and gifted in her field. My hair always looks great and she’s consistent. She’s also a sweet girl and very personable. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Love, love this place. Cynthia at front desk is great and always helpful, no matter how you mess up your appointment. Faisal, is a warm hearted hair genius who cuts my hair so incredibly well, I swear if my hair could have an emotion it would squeal in happiness each time I visit. As a first time customer, I called and confirmed the price and first time special coupon when making the appointment. Apparently they booked me with a master stylist without informing me of the additional $40 charge and when I asked they said the onus is on me to check who I was scheduled with. As a first time customer, it was disappointing to be given that response! Also, please advertise pricing accurately and inform your customers when they call to make an appointment. They just lost me as a customer who would’ve continued going there, had they been good with customer service.

Pure Concepts Salon is beyond outstanding. The staff is always so personable and welcoming. Their costumer service is the best I have ever encountered and never once had a bad experience. The atmosphere here is joyous and fun, mixed with the perfect amount of relaxation! I always leave there feeling beautiful and confident. Jackie is my go to stylist for my hair, and even my life at times. She is so supportive, encouraging, and one of the most beautiful people I know, inside and out. Had the best first time visit! I had a hair emergency that needed fixed and they were able to get me in the same day I called with Jackie. Everyone gave me five star treatment and she performed a miracle on my hair! Salon has a calming and modern atmosphere and friendly environment. Faisal is the most talented and amazing stylist I’ve ever been too! I’ve never know someone to take so much time on making others look and feel their best!! I never know what I want to do with my long hair and he is always patient with amazing ideas that turn my crazy hair runway ready! He has higher standards for his stylings than the clients and I always leave feeling relaxed and beautiful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for his amazing service.
