I had a great experience here. My consultation and appointment were scheduled easily online. The consultation was quick, Gabby came off very confident and competent when I showed her the photos of what I wanted. Then when I got it done, she showed me the swatches of the colors that she thought would be good. She did a great job and it looked a lot like the photo I sent her. Everyone was really nice there and it was a clean, well equipped salon.

I regularly visit this salon for all-over hair color and I’m immediately greeted, sat on time, offered a beverage and well cared for throughout my appointment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Most importantly to me, I love my stylist, Nichole! She uses a razor for my cut and the color always comes out stunning! I have finally found my forever hair place! I have had my share of facials over the years, but NEVER have I ever had one this incredibly good! I cannot rave about Lucy enough, absolutely hands down the best experience I have ever had at a spa (and I’ve been to a lot!) This facial included head, neck, shoulder and arm massage to boot! The Receptionist, Avery, was very welcoming and extremely helpful in recommending products and services. Run, don’t walk, to Pure Capelli and spoil yourself with any service, I am now addicted to Lucy, her facials and the customer service!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI received a Botox lip flip from Jess! She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. My lip flip looks so natural and it was really affordable. She put numbing gel on my lips which definitely helped with this spicy area.
