I haven’t had the treatment yet, but my consultation was professional and very informative. I was able to make an educated decision. A larger sign in the back parking lot area would be helpful for people trying to locate a business that is listed to be right on the major road, but is kind of tucked behind the buildings that are on the road. The front desk staff was very helpful and very nice.

Started a “pure radiance” membership with this business a couple of months back. Started to notice they weren’t giving me the services that they were charging me for. They started giving me 15- 30 minute facials but still charging me 90 dollars each time. When I started to ask questions they were super sketchy and the owner/ manager was extremely rude to me and made me extremely uncomfortable. Then I noticed it was unclear online about what the pure radiance facial even is. This business attempts to overcharge for services that they then do not provide. I have reported them to the Texas Better Business Bureau.

Came in here around holiday time just moved to town from Houston … drove past …they had no service’s menu no price list and no aesthetician or massage therapist licenses on the wall(there are business licenses but not therapist or esthetician license) …when I asked for the price of Botox and dysport I was shocked, they are overcharging clearly and what kind of day spa doesn’t have a menu of services ?!
