The office called me ahead of time to confirm the appointment, do a pre-screening, and check to see if I had any questions. Upon arrival I found the office space clean and attractive, and was greeted by a friendly staff person who reviewed my procedure and told me a little bit about their history, staff, and services. My aesthetician was kind & professional. She was very careful to explain each step of her process and made sure I understood my aftercare.
