Savannah made me feel beyond comfortable, asked for consent throughout the entire process (which was huge for me) and frequently checked in with me to see how I was doing. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything she was doing as she was about to do it. Her set up is really cozy and relaxing too.

I was in search of a long term esthetician to work with. I booked a month in advance due to scheduling. I paid a $40 deposit and read online I would be reminded of my appointment by text so I did not put it in my calendar. I remember I scheduled at 5:15 before my event. (I am going out of town Saturday morning) I showed up for my “appointment” on Friday. She informed me my appointment was the day before. I’ve had such a bad week and was looking forward to my appointment, so I would never miss. Especially these kinds of appointments. I am not a person that no shows. She said she would reschedule me. I asked about the $40 deposit. She said it’s non refundable because I was a no showed. I told her I never got any texts, so we confirmed my phone number and she said I was signed up, so she’s not sure why I didn’t get them…. I told her I didn’t think it was fair my $40 would not be applied to my next visit considering I did not get a text. She basically blamed me and said “you scheduled the appointment” it’s very easy to make a phone call when a new client doesn’t show up. I live 5 minutes away and would have shown up on Thursday at 5:15 like it was scheduled. It would have actually made her more money rescheduling me with my $40 deposit applied. (Especially with me wanting to work with an esthetician long term) Due to reviews she may be a good esthetician but not customer service! I will happily go find another esthetician!!

Savannah is amazing! I had my first ever facial with her and it was the best experience. She makes you feel super comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable in what she does. She offers so many different services. 100% recommend to everyone!!
