The environment was sweet and inviting. I initially liked the service, eventhough she came in there with the tiniest locs…However, after a week, these $650 loc extensions slowly started coming down. I reached back out to my stylist, Macayla Rogers aka Babiidawllmagic, who was rude and refused to repair the few fallen locs. She claimed that up to 10 were free and then tried to charge me to book the repair. So now she’s refusing my refund and repair and is literally trying to play crazy. I kept all of our correspondence. This is not a reflection on the other stylists there. They were professional and did beautiful work. This is my experience with one. Very unprofessional.
