I had awesome experiences at High Tech years ago. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Pure Art. The new owner has proven to be unnecessarily difficult to get an appointment with. After finally managing to get booked, he cancelled our appointment at the last minute which I wasn’t upset about however he then made it impossible to reschedule. You don’t leave your clients (or prospective clients) out in the cold for a week. I wish I could say otherwise but sadly I did not have a good impression at all. Therefore, I have booked with another hairstylist who was far more attentive and professional. Do better.
