I have seen Alex 3 times now for different treatments and she is AMAZING!!! I am extremely satisfied with how wonderful my skin feels after I visit her. The improvement I have seen after the skin tightening on my face has been amazing. I have started the sun spot treatment now and just love it. I have gotten A LOT of compliments that my skin is glowing and I have Alex to thank for that. I will be back again in December. I try to go once a month now since I have met her. I totally recommend!

She did a tremendous job always making sure I was comfortable and going in depth to explain anything i had any question or concern about. Truly wonderful place and wonderful people. No respect for people’s time. Got cancelled the first time the evening before an appt due to technician being sick, no problem it’s understandable, rescheduled it for a couple days later and had to move my schedule around to make this appointment fit. Second appt, cancelled 1.5 hours before for the same reason. I fully understand if someone is sick and things happened but I read other reviews that said the same thing happened to them (from Groupon) so I am not the only one. The girl that responded did apologize and offered to move people around to fit me in that same day but I decided to cancel my Groupon as this is a poorly run business.
