Felix puts the therapy into massage therapy. He was able to identify problem areas in my back and use a variety of techniques to target the muscles to get them to relax. I didn’t realize quite how much tension I was carrying until he worked it out! After several massages by Felix, I can say he is highly skilled in a variety of techniques, and truly creates a therapeutic experience that treats the whole body. My husband and I have been seeing Felix regularly for over 3 years and he is by far the best massage therapist we have ever found. He knows many styles… we prefer the deep tissue / sports massage as he is always able to help with whatever aches and pains we might currently have after skiing, biking, etc. He is also able to advise on stretches for us do after our visits.
