All the staff there made me feel so comfortable and the women cutting my hair, Maria, was so awesome! She told me step by step what she was doing and made sure I was okay with it before she did it. I haven’t been to a salon in a really long time and I wanted to cut my really long hair. Needless to say I was so nervous! All the staff there made me feel so comfortable and the women cutting my hair, Maria, was so awesome! She told me step by step what she was doing and made sure I was okay with it before she did it. Worst haircut of my life!!!! Had my haircut there before I went on vacation/birthday weekend. I was horrified by the cut. Went back the next night to have it fixed and they had the same girl fix it ( I was very upset by this because she clearly did not know what she was doing. When I questioned them they stated that they always let people fix their own cuts).The haircut ended up even worse then the first one! Had to find a different salon at the last minute to attempt to fix the cut. They did well, but they advised me not to get my haircut for a few months due to how much the original girl messed up the cut.They refunded my money. I will never be back again!

This salon is exceptional in every way from the receptionist to the stylists. They consult with you, take time to understand what you are looking for in style, color, length etc. The use of clean products is very welcoming and are for sale at the shop. I purchased them 3 months ago and am very pleased . Make a trip to Pura Vida you will love this salon.
