They are able to answer any and every question I have from laser hair removal to facials. Dawn, Linda and Karen are super sweet and make you feel comfortable. 1000% would recommend. I have been to this Spa 6 times for Cool Laser treatments and will continue to be a loyal customer. The cool laser is a fantastic treatment to address any surface hyperpigmentation and I use the treatment a few times a year as a yearly “face service” so that I can keep up with the continuous and inevitable sun damage/aging process. It’s clean and beautifully decorated, but most importantly, their staff is top-notch. They are responsive, accommodating, customer-driven and make the experience enjoyable every time. A huge shout out to Carolyn who makes this place shine. I don’t think this spa would be quite as amazing without her.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to Pura Vida because my dentist recommended masseter muscle botox. I had a great consultation with Karen and could not be happier with how things went. When I came back for my recheck, I also asked about filler and had a consult with Molly. I decided to go for it, and Molly was great. I’m only 24 hours out, but it’s looking good, so I am confident it will look fantastic when It’s all healed.

I’ve been a client of Pura Vida for years (I’m guessing around 10) and have spent tens of thousands of dollars in that time. I’ve always appreciated their professionalism and personal touch. This has gradually changed in time and now I can no longer endorse them. I had a very bad reaction to a new treatment that they highly recommended. Unfortunately, I had purchased a three treatment deal. I asked them to cancel that package and credit me the difference in price between one treatment and the three treatment deal. This has been four months that I’ve been promised a refund. They keep telling me to spend it on something else, but there is nothing left for me to spend it on because I had just spent over $5K on other treatments. I’m disgusted and angry to be treated this way. If you still want to try them, proceed very slowly. I can tell you I’ve also had some severe burns on my hands a few years back when I had BBL done on them. I had to hide my hands for over a month. I forgave that at the time, but it doesn’t seem that respect is reciprocated.

So happy I was referred to this place! I was nervous about getting Botox for the first time but the nurses were so knowledgable and helped walk me through the process, expectations, and answered all my questions. As the client, it is easy to sometimes be labeled “difficult” but cosmetic procedures are expensive and clients should feel comfortable voicing their vision and concerns without feeling judged.
