Was looking for a new place to get my nails done since my last nail place disappointed me. This place is the crown jewel of nail salons. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I was treated like I was a regular. I was offered a drink and the chairs are all reclining and super comfortable. It’s super clean and all the ladies I had working on me were amazing. So nice and easy to talk to. Amelia did a fantastic job on my nails and Christa did an equally fantastic job on my pedicure. I have found my nail place. I made my return appointment before I left. Thank you Pur Lux for being a cut above the rest and exceeding my expectations.

The facility and staff were very nice. They give you a heated pad.to.put around your neck to help you relax. They have a lot of chairs for pedicures and we’re able to fit me in same day even though they had a bridal party booked for the afternoon. There are more basic pedicures that are in line with basic pedicure.pricing other places (around $30). I think if I had done a least expensive option this might be a 5 star. The pedicure was good but not great and I selected a $55 pedicure. For that price I feel like it should be better than good. I would return but would go with a more basic option.

After seeing the positive reviews about this salon I decided to give it a try. I saw a couple posts from people who got dip and loved it so I came in last Monday and got my black dip nails (from another salon) soaked off. In theory, I think it’s great that Pur Lux doesn’t use electric files, however, the end result of my light pink dip set was not the same quality I am used to. The nails look lumpy and the shaping is uneven. I noticed a lot of residual black around my cuticles before the nail technician, Madlon started dipping them. I asked her if that would show through the pink. she said not to worry about it but it is very obvious that there is still black around my cuticles and makes my nails look dirty. The dip around my cuticles is messy and not filed causing my hair to catch on them. Some nails don’t have enough of the top coat around the edges so they look unfinished and sandy. The set cost $50 (plus a tip because even though the nails look awful I appreciated the work Madlon put into them) and it took 2.5 hours. I understand not using an electric file on the natural nails to remove the dip, however, once the dip is applied I think an electric file is necessary to actually achieve a smooth, polished look. I would not recommend this salon and will be calling to see if I can get my money back.

I absolutely love Pur Lux! When I moved to Tulsa, I searched forever to find a nail place. Pur Lux does the best nail work I have ever had done! The ladies here are an absolute joy! They are detail oriented and always take amazing care of me! The salon is always spotlessly clean. Every time I have been in the owner has been here and has always been the kindest person to me! I wish I could give more than five stars for Pur Lux! Also, the water they serve is always delicious!!!

I had moved and was looking for a new salon. When I looked at their reviews on line, I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did!!! These are the nicest people. The salon is clean and so welcoming. Sun does my nails and they always look fantastic. I highly recommend Pur Lux if you are looking for an extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will not be disappointed.

Never been here personally but for anyone looking for a salon I would not recommend this one. Many people have came out and said how down right rude the owner is! She is not very friendly and puts down her employees over their appearance. Specifically about if they have acne (that’s being treated, as well as out of that persons control).

Yes. Exceptional. Clean. Perhaps even cleanest ever! I’m very picky about nail places and this place is amazing. This morning I went in for a manicure and a facial. My nails look perfect and the polishes offered are high quality and my skin looks and feels great. The attention to detail with single-use tools and careful sanitation makes the drive from midtown worthwhile. At previous visits I’ve had pedicures that have also been great. I’m consistently happy and will keep going back.

I have gotten my nails dipped several places around Tulsa, but Michelle M at Pur Lux has been doing them better than ever! They use heat and acetone to take the dip off instead of grinding it off and it keeps my nails thick and healthy. They also perform manicures while you’re in a recliner, not just pedicures! Between the lemon water, warm neck wraps, recliners, and super reasonable manicure prices, I LOVE to treat myself to their services.

Although I absolutely loved the atmosphere of Pur Lux Nails and the peaceful environment that they provide, I wasn’t the most pleased with how my nails came out. Overall, I could have fallen asleep there (thats how relaxing it is), but I didn’t pay $100 for a nice nap, I wanted quality work done on my nails for my wedding and I would call it mediocre at best.
