Very clean, bright shop with many chairs. Hundreds and hundreds of nail colors from which to choose. They took me immediately as a walk in, which I really appreciate. Manicure and pedicure all in the same seat. Very comfortable and efficient. No pressure to get a more expensive service.

Was busy even at the opening time of 10 on a Friday! I called ahead and I was seated really quick and my tech was super quick with my nail fill. I didn’t have to show a picture for what design I wanted or even pick out exact color. I told her my idea and she picked out the perfect stuff. Highly recommend this place!

I work downtown, and people always ask me where I get my nails done and I say Pulse and they say that no one in Atlanta does nails like Pulse! Not even in the city! They are so professional, they have always exceeded my expectations on every design I’ve gotten. I absolutely love pulse! I am so happy I discovered them this year! I started going at the beginning of the summer and will never go to another salon again. I work downtown, and people always ask me where I get my nails done and I say Pulse and they say that no one in Atlanta does nails like Pulse! Not even in the city! I went to get my nails taken off and just a regular gel polish. I wanted to keep my nail length because they had grew. He soaked my nails in pure Acetone for 30 minutes and kelp filling my nails! Now my nails and fingers hurt, peeling and layers of my nails are sooo thin. I think the way it was done was purposely. Why be so hateful to people that is spending they hard working money. I spent $80 and very disappointed. This is the second time of disappointment from them being racist. I really want my money back. They charge $20 each to just polish my two girls feet and $45 for me, waste of time and money.

Nails look great but my fingers flaked for four days afterwards from being fully soaked in acetone in a plastic bag. Haven’t had my nails done in years so i didn’t think to tell the technician not to soak my whole fingers. If I go back I’ll request acetone in cotton balls with foil only. A bit high priced in my opinion.

Got a horrible manicure by a very unprofessional tech. I understand that my manicure was only 19$ but if I knew how bad of a job they would of done I would of given my 6 year old 20$ and gotten the same results. All I’m saying is practice before you go out there and ruin peoples day . I was in a rush to leave and I had to time to make a scene all I hope is that they train staff better

This is my 4th experience visiting this establishment and wouldn’t recommend coming here. Each visit the customer service desk aw poor and the techs act as if they don’t know any to service you, or honor the style that you want. This last visit was the last straw for me due to me being cut with the drill and the nail tech response was “it’ll be fine” not caring. She didn’t even apologize she just continued to working. My cuticles weren’t pushed back n the cut got infected and was very painful. I didn’t notice she got me good to the white meat until days later n it began to heal. Attached is pictures of it healing. I went to this nail salon over the weekend while visiting a friend in the area. She and I went for a morning pamper. We entered and were not greeted by the most friendliest staff. They started us with pedicures and we requested the same treatment, bitter sweet mango. Unfortunately, my technician did not provide the service I requested. She did the basic service and it did not include callus removal or the purpose of the “mango” soak part of the pedicure. Once it was time to pay I informed the cashier of this and he insisted on checking the cameras to verify which I didn’t have a problem with at this point because I knew it was going to prove my point. After several minutes, he came back to tell me that they said they gave me the pedicure?? It was at that point I felt insulted because I felt he never looked at the cameras and if he did he would clearly see that I NEVER received my proper service and that he is basically telling me I’m a liar. I made it clear that I am going to pay for a service that I didn’t receive but he continued to press the issue and make a seen. I told him it was fine, I was ready to go. He continue to ask me while ringing me up, if this visit was my first time..”Yes my first and last!” Once I was rung up I requested a itemized receipt and he showed me where he gave me $5 off. At that point, I did not care because my time was wasted and I still did not receive my full service! A couple days later, my SNS nails that I got done had begun cracking on about every one of my fingers (picture shown below of a few)

My girlfriend and I go here. I only ever get a pedicure and my eyebrows done, and the staff is delightful. They are always having a great time, both amongst themselves and the customers which makes the entire experience that much more great.
