I came to Kim/Pulse in June last year after another laser center burned me and left a checkerboard pattern on my chest and full arms (the laser wasn’t calibrated properly). She patiently targeted the unevenness and we did multiple rounds and peels to treat it. After a year of treatments, I’m finally feeling comfortable enough to wear v-necks and to show my arms again. It’s been a long process, but I’m so thankful for her in working with me to fix this issue. I honestly thought my skin was going to stay permanently damaged but she’s been able to bring it back to normal. She has a great bedside manner; I never have to wait and prices are great. I highly recommend Kim and Pulse. Thank you for helping me!

WONDERFUL!!! Jen Belser is great at what she does. I’ve treated my bikini line and I’m now free from having to shave/wax.
