An excellent massage! It is so obvious Taylor has a solid understanding of anatomy. He helped get rid of pain and discomfort, while also leaving me much more relaxed. The muscles in my legs and shoulders move more smoothly and freely. I think Taylor is one of those rare therapists that can do both intense targeted sports massage as well as overall calming relaxation massage, and everything in between.
