Everyone at Pugsly’s is a class act! My husband has been seeing Mike for years, and we just brought our toddler in for his first cut with Joel. We cant express how great of an experience we had for our little guy. Joel showed patience & grace dealing with a toddler for his first haircut, and of course did a terrific job to make our little dude look so rad! Furthermore, they gave us a “First Haircut Certificate” with a little lock of his hair attached, signed and dated. Amazing keepsake! Five Stars for Pugsly’s Barbershop every day!

Unprofessional environment and not worth the 4 hour wait. I went there a while back and wasn’t going to review, but this experience hasn’t left my mind. I’m a female who prefers barber style cuts. My barber in PK was booked out and needed a quick trim. I was waiting for hours and twice my turn came up and the barber who was up went out to smoke a cigarette instead and then came back in and took a male customer that came in after me. After 4 hours of waiting a really nice apprentice took me on and while I could tell he was new and the haircut wasn’t what I was going for at least he didn’t make me feel weird for simply being a woman in a barber shop. I have been going to Alex at the Great Studio in Poughkeepsie for years and never changing that esp after this experience

My husband and I walked into Pugsly’s just a few hours before our wedding after another shop forgot all about our appointment! I’m actually really glad they did. I’d heard wonderful things about this shop but never had a chance to check it out. All the barbers were warm and friendly, the atmosphere was clean and professional– and the aesthetic, just awesome! Anyway, thank you guys for making my groom look excellent, we’ll be back!

I’ve been in the barber industry for 10 years. The work that leaves this shop is impressive! We are from way out of town. The vibe was relaxed but upbeat. My man Benny was extremely professional but down to earth. Didn’t even flinch when he found out I was a barber. I highly recommend this shop if you’re in the area! See you guys next year when we are back in the area.
