I should have believed the low reviews. I took my daughter to see Dr. Sheena Nguyen. I wish if this doctor took more time to listen to our concerns than talking over us. My daughter was asking me ‘why is the doctor angry?’. I don’t know what we did to upset this doctor or may be the doctor had a bad day. This is not the right place for us to go back.

Not sure where all the negativity is coming from. We went there today and it was a very positive experience. The place was clean, everyone was pleasant. Dr. Melanie did not keep us waiting and was very concerned and receptive. The medical assistant was fantastic. I am very happy we picked them for our dermatological needs!

Dr. Kuechle is highly irrational and childish, in my opinion. The office has mean nurses who refuse to clean the rooms properly. There is dead skin on the floors in the rooms, it’s disgusting. Today the doctor wasn’t wearing her face mask properly and was exposing her nose. If you are a senior or immune-compromised, I wouldn’t go here. It’s also very expensive, more than other places, for less services, and it’s very disorganized.

Good treatment, but an administrative mess. We have two kids receiving treatment here and it has been good for their adolescent skin. But, the billing, insurance and general accounting negates anything positive. I owed a single $10 copay, but they would not accept payment at the office. They have no online tools for payment and their administrative staff is oddly unavailable on accounting issues.
