I’ve been visiting Puffers Salon for all of my massage and facial needs for many years now. Today was my stress relief deep tissue massage and wow she was so amazing. She was very polite and kind. Her hands were very strong it felt very amazing. Without saying I will be returning. This is in my opinion the best place to get massage or facial services in western Massachusetts.

80 minute stress massage today with Steve. This was my first time at Puffers and will definitely not be my last! Steve was fabulous. He asked me what my stress was and worked on those areas. Excellent atmosphere. Awesome massage. Couldn’t be happier! There are cheaper massages in the area….but, you won’t be disappointed at Puffers!!

Nicole gives the best facial. Walking in sometimes I don’t feel welcomed as if I’m out of place. Customers stare and the staff in front has once chuckled when I walked away. They overbooked once and asked if I can go down in a very small room in the lower section. It was so loud. I could hear every footstep from above. Nicole always makes me feel welcomed and that’s the only reason I keep going back.
