Awesome communication and service. I went in for a free consultation of a couple of skin issues. Liza was great! Honest in her recommendations in what it would actually take to help me. I went in for my first peel treatment and so far I can see a difference. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality*Update *Two year laters and I’m still using Liza for her services and products. Everything that I stated in my original review below still stands. Right now we are working on my face. I did the luminous peel. Liza will get me right :-)—————————————————————Yesterday…I am happy that this place came up in my google search. I spoke with another place before this one and they didn’t sound to confident in treating people with darker skin tones. I am African American so it’s hard to find places that knows how to cater to our skin as far as what and what not to use. So Puar was the second place I called and thankfully was able to speak with the lead aesthetician Liza. I asked the same questions that I asked the other place and there was a clear distinct difference in answers. I knew she knew what she was talking about and was clearly educated and experienced. So I set up a consult for the same day (I lucked out). The place is clean and they are very friendly and professional. The consult went great. I was looking to get a special peel for another part of my body and she was able to deliver. She described the process and during the treatment she kept checking on me making sure I am okay and asking if I have any questions. Also, I must say that she exuded so much patience in answering all of my questions and you really don’t find that anymore when dealing with people. I was also impressed with the way she was handling me and my peel that I started talking to her about other problems I had with my face and she came up with suggestions and I decided to let her give me a face peel as well. After both processes are done, I will update my review. I would also like to mention that if you have any questions post process that you can text or call them anytime. Wow that’s exceptional! She followed up with me today to see how I was doing this morning. I also i failed to mention that after both peel treatments in the office I saw improvements in my skin!!! She has like exceptional products because I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I said it’s probably the lighting. But I got home and in my dull lighting lol, my skin still looked the same and saw the improvements!!!!! So right now I feel so good and confident about my treatments and I can’t wait until it’s all over. Once again. Something I look for is the cleanliness of the studio and it was super clean and organized. It also was very covid safe which I appreciated a lot. My skin looks amazing! I would definitely recommend to people.
