My forever nail people! Kaci has been doing my acrylics for over a year and always exceeds my expectations. All of the staff are so kind and I love supporting a family ran business. The salon is clean, prices are reasonable, great selection of colors/designs, and I always receive compliments on whatever I have done. Thought I’d give this place another try and they proved to be my first mistake. Feels dirty, I sat under the light for 20 min and my toenail polish still smudged off but I had no desire to even get it fixed. The best part is 7.5% card processing fee that they just think you won’t pay attention to the system total not matching the card total until you pay and see it’s 7.5z%. I have owned my own small business and that percentage is excessive for even the most expensive POS systems. I wouldn’t have even cared as much if I didn’t already feel regret for spending $60 on a mediocre pedicure that still smudged. do yourself a favor and make the drive literally anywhere else.

i went here two different times. i got the same exact thing both times. acrylic french tip. i showed them pictures of exactly what i wanted. the french tip was not what i wanted. they looked different each time i went. (it was fine bc it was two different people) the first time the lady made me bleed twice. i’m too nice and didn’t say anything but i was disappointed and won’t come here again.

I would have given zero had the younger girl not been so pleasant. I took my daughter here for a gel mani and figured I might as well get a new set while we were there. HUGE MISTAKE! I was clear on what I wanted and expressed repeatedly how important shaping was to me. The young girl even told the older woman several times “tapered” square. After getting my nail beds burned with the file several times, I was appalled to see the most ugly shaped square nails ever! When I expressed my concern she said I should’ve told her before…ummmm I did as well as another worker. Not to mention there was a “design” fee for French tips on two nails…go figure it costs more to use less polish. I can see why this place was a no wait time on a Friday evening….never again!
