We reserve two. The front desk was playing with the mobile phone when I went in, and it was playing on the mobile phone when we gave the money. The service attitude was very bad for us. I used to drive almost an hour to go to this place because this spa is usually empty. Maybe less than 5 people on a weekend. I prefer a more quiet place so I can meditate. So this had been my go to spa. Few weeks ago I went again and stayed for 3 hours (my usual) and was charged $80. Apparently the 2 hour rule is back but it was not mentioned upon entry. It should have been made clear beforehand so I could have taken note of my time.

One of the worst massage I have ever received for 120$ including tip!! First of all, they made us wait for 20 mins in the room because they couldn’t find a masseuse. When finally they came, the guy had no idea what he was doing. He basically elbowed me up and down my spine for the first 15 mins and only on one side of my body. It was so painful that I eventually told him to stop and find another person. The second person was a better but rushed through the massage because it was closer to an hour already. I have had a $60 massage that were way better than this. I still left a $20 tip which now I am regretting because I really don’t think they deserved it. I would not come here to book any massages.

Update: I went back on my birthday and got the $200 Pure Bliss package. The woman with did my treatment scalded me with the hot sprayer. I had to throw the silver thermal sheet off to stop the burning. Water that hot should never be used on anyone. There were a couple areas on my arm that were sensitive for the rest of the day and I had a small blister on my breast when I got home. I told the women at the desk before I left, but they didn’t seem to care. They said something about giving me a discount next time I go in, but I won’t be back. It’s too bad, because i really liked this spa otherwise. I’ll never trust them to do a treatment again. I had to change my 5 stars to 1 as getting burned is unacceptable.

Stumbled upon this place thanks to friends who had visited before. I was not sure what to expect and I am beyond pleased. The sauna was incredible. I ordered the wet heat than the dry heat but both options are available for you all to decide for yourself. There is a Jacuzzi as well and several stone rooms to destress. They also offer full body scrubs. I have never felt this calmed and rejuvenated in a while. Amazing experience and top notch service. Can’t wait to go back. Ps: recommend going on a week day to avoid crowds

The male part was perfect but the female part is under construction as of 9/16/17. My wife got an awesome masseur. If the female hot tub were working well the place would get 4 stars. No resturant but you can bring your food and eat in the former resturant or outside on picnic benches.

I came here first on my own, couple times after too, and then I brought my bf (now 4 years together) for our FIRST date and he was so amazed and impressed. SUPER clean and authentic. I was recommended by my cousin who comes here for years with his wife. They always deliver the same service and I always get what I pay for. Cannot wait to come back for the first time since pandemic and bring my mom who is visiting from Europe. Please trust me – this place will ALWAYS make you feel lifted and relaxed 100%
