Over a month ago I went in for a consult at the east location and had a good experience. Victoria thoroughly explained the contraindications with cosmetic injection I was wanting that interfered with a medication I was taking. She explained that I could reschedule in 6 weeks in March to get this injection done while still being safe. Multiple times she told me March would be the time to have the new appointment. I was appreciative of the information and her putting my health first. I happily rescheduled to March. I altered my work schedule so that I would have healing time for my March appointment. The day of the appointment, I have to reintroduce myself (which I understand they see a lot of people – no big deal), then I have to explain the previous situation of why I had to reschedule to March (contraindications with medication and the injection). To my surprise and extreme disappointment, the day of my appointment Victoria informed me that I was suppose to wait 6 months. When she previously told me March. I had already altered my work schedule and was anticipating this procedure just to find out she miscommunicated. To top it off, she didn’t even know the location of the injection that I wanted. She didn’t even review the chart or the medication list. Had I not been an advocate for my own health first and taken the time to refresh her memory – who knows what could have happened to me. I am considering this a huge red flag and will NOT be rescheduling another appointment here and will NOT be recommending them to anyone I know. Extremely disappointed considering the first interaction I had with this business was positive.

I’ve been seeing Shelby for a little over a year and a half now for fillers and Botox, and not once have I been disappointed! Shelby is so thorough and really listens to your wants and needs! I can’t stress how important it is to do your research when in the market for an injector. Shelby checks all of the boxes for me, she gets a 10/10 from me! Here is a photo of my fillers a few hours post injection and one three days healed!
