Critical: ValueI have went here several times, the guy is GREAT!! But the last two times I went for a fill and a new set, I had to use the other lady, the last two times she has not given me what I specifically asked for !This time today , I showed her a picture , she told me it would be close to the picture but not exact and I said that’s is fine ,My nails were nothing like the picture , they were exactly what I had the previous time before , the white tips , they were chunky , not straight / even with each other , and after all that – she charged me an arm and a leg for something I didn’t even want , so needless to say , I will have to find somewhere else to go .Everyone is nice up there but charging someone for a butched up job , and something I didn’t even want , was completely insane -She didn’t even tell me how much she was going to charge me before swiping my card 10 timesServices: Manicure, Acrylic nailsI have went here several times, the guy is GREAT!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called and explained that after recent back surgery I needed their services. Excellent job and very clean and professional. Critical: Quality, ValueI normally go to another salon to get my nail done, but my salon had not opened yet. The owners wife did my nails. Given I had not had them done since Covid19 shut everyone down. I told her what I wanted Tammy Taylor, is all I get with the natural pink. It took her 35 minutes max to do my nails, first she put the dark pink, I looked at her and said no! I want the natural light pink. She pulled the pink off two nails! I knew then she had messed my nails up. Long story short my nails looked horrible! She said you like I said no! She said why you not like. I just left, Never again! I normally go to another salon to get my nail done, but my salon had not opened yet. The owners wife did my nails. Given I had not had them done since Covid19 shut everyone down.
