Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIm not usually one to write reviews nor complaints, I’ve been in this field myself and I understand things happen but the lack of professionalism and rudeness I encountered at this office; In which I’m still waking up crying about due to the skin reaction (which I’ve NEVER experienced in life aside from my teenage years) has extremely upset me over the last two months regarding my treatment.First off I’d like to start off with the experience I had as a new client coming into the salon. I called to let the receptionist know I was running 10 min late due to me circling around looking for the place and asking her what the cross street was which somehow she didn’t know and didn’t care to help. Called again as a courtesy to let her know I’m unable to find the office and I needed help, Attitude and just kept telling me the color of the office and sent me to a completely different side, she didn’t care to ask anyone else or help which is fine that didn’t bother me as much at first being that it was my appointment time and of course my responsibility however , I walk in once again as a new client excited for my botox treatment to then be greeted with such cold attitude in these exact words no hello, Negative tone and looked at you almost with aggravation her first words to me were “you’re really late he won’t be able to do it” I understand running late and other clients needed to be taken care of how ever the attitude and the fact that I called three times specifically to let them know I was there I couldn’t find the location and usually professional offices are more accommodating to their new patients. The doctor was still with his previous client anyways when I walked in only 15 minutes late so it just didn’t make sense. They were closing and once again I understand people need to go home but not sure how 15 minutes would be that much of a problem especially after spending 300$ and another 600 if they squeezed me in for the other treatment. I’ve never written a review this long but this was a huge wedding anniversary event for me that was ruined just from this visit.One positive note I’d like to add in the nurse whom prepped me for my botox treatment was extremely nice and professional and put me at ease due to the anxiety built up from the minute I walked in to feeling my treatment would be rushed.In addition, I didn’t even have a minute to fill out my medical history form which I’m pretty sure the doctor is supposed to review before he provides any sort of treatment/service but I’m unsure of that. They had me fill that out at the end of my treatment which didn’t sit well with me the doctor was nice but just came in asked me what I wanted didnt care to look over any paper work and being that I was the last client I’d hope that he maybe took some time especially as a new patient. When I asked questions it almost felt like he was annoyed or in a rush.Lastly the issue I’m still dealing with after that office visit , he used some sort of needling treatment on. My skin before the botox on my forehead , ever since that was done my skin has been breaking out with white heads and bikinis all over and I’ve NEVER had an issue wirh acne aside from when I was in my teens. I’m so upset that now those white heads have turned into acne and keeps flaring and scarring in some areas, theBotox has only been less than 2 months in andalready gone. Even as I’m leaving I paid 300$ for terrible service only to talk out with my skin somehow getting a reaction from whatever device used either unsterile or just made my skin break out and it hasn’t gone away. Forehead botox he injected all white heads and acne there as well.
