I’ve gone here about 10 times and everytime they do a good job. Not this time around! I got the SNS like I always do. My nails are all uneven in length and on top! I am not happy at all! On top of that, she made me bleed on my thumb. (Refer to pictures below). The lady that did my pedicure was very rough with the drill on my toes. My were toes burning and red when I got done. They are uneven as well! $128 for my pedicure and nails and my daughter’s nails. I gave them 2 stars because my daughter’s nails look pretty good even though they made her bleed too. I’m hoping neither of us get an infection. This is the last time I will ever go here! They have lost a loyal customer.

Right as I walked in they had an attitude. They didn’t do all the services I asked for and completely ruined my s&s nails. It is all over my cuticles and glue is still on my skin. The French tip is not define and the shape is very bad and bumpy. I went back the next day because they said I could and they seated me down. The lady that did my nails the day before looked at me and rolled her eyes right after I sat down, she started going slower and kept on giving me the side eye. Then I asked if they could hurry up because I had to go and they wasted all my time and she gave me a big attitude and almost yelling said that I had made an appointment earlier but I had called and told them I would be coming later which they agreed to. They cut my cuticles too much on top of that. Overall, my nails look super bad and they don’t wanna give me a refund. Don’t go here NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL I would give them a 0 if I could.

My experience resumes on pictures expectations vs reality !!! and i wish i looked the reviews before i see i am not the only one facing this issue no way they can name themselves nail artist !! God ! my nails are thicker than a dinner plate and when i told her she got upset ! but i must say that the sweet lady that made my toes was amazing and she did a good job but i will never go back !

They are good but my last nail job didn’t last like I thought it would. A few days later, tribe gel polish on 2 my nails chipped away. Never had that happen before… I paid way too much money for that top happen… j/s

Excellent service Holly and Rose are excellent I have been doing business with them many years and have never been disappointed. I also have done business with Mary the owner sister at the old business across the street that’s how I met Holly and Rose. Excellent product clean facility and very nice staff including the owner. I would recommend the shop to all of my friends families and colleagues.

Very disappointed in my visit today. Came in for acrylic removal and a pedicure. The woman who started on my nails cut my nail way to far down that it started to bleed. She quickly tried to cover her tracks as if she didn’t do it but I quickly demanded that she not do my nails any further. The salon still had the nerve to charge me . Will never return .

Never again..felt like I went back in time..years ago it was better..my previous gel manicures about 3 years had been seen by public figures and people of importance..I’ll just have to go to Fulton and/or Johns Creek area for quality service..not worth the drive I practically live in Atlanta..

I took my niece to get our nails done for a girls day as I came from out of town. I had never been to this salon before. I am VERY disappointed in this salon to the point I’m leaving a review which is something I’ve never done. I spent $140 on gel pedicure, sns nails, & full set with gel. The lady that did my full set I had asked to do a cuticle clean up, which in turn turned out to be me getting cut 3 times. I also got cut so bad on my thumb that they could not stop the bleeding and persisted to put the acrylic on top of the blood. I have had my nails done for 6 days and the acrylic nail has now fallen off due to it not being able to sit down completely. I’m not one to normally complain publicly, but I’m highly upset that I got no compensation and now I have to spend more of my money to go get my nail redone due to this. I will not be going back to this nail salon.
