My review is long overdue! I’ve been going here for more than two years now and have been quite satisfied for the most part with the services. I’ve always only done my nails with Amy or Natalie, both of whom do nails really well. First pic, nails were a month old and were done by Natalie. No chips or cracks one month later so pretty pleased! Definitely recommend doing your nails here.

Had a great first experience here a month ago. Nails looked great I think my technician was Tiffany and I was so impressed. Came in today and asked for a manicure with removal of the powder and reapplication. They were busy and I was a walk-in but they got me right in. I do not know the name of my technician but it felt as is she was rushing me through. When she got up I thought she was just going to grab something else because she hadn’t done the cuticles or the normal items completed with a manicure, but instead she said you are done and handed me a receipt. I asked if she could please get some of the cuticle or get some of the items stuck all along my finger and finger tip and she put some cuticle oil on and apologized because she didn’t know I wanted a manicure. I paid $47 for this service went out to my car and realized there was so much still stuck all over my finger and the tips. I was unable to pick it off so I went back inside and she applied some nail polish remover to my hands and tried to get it all off. Sadly I don’t know that I will be back as there was not an attitude of making it right. I had really hoped for another great experience.

First time at this nail salon and WOW! I’m so pleased. After my usual nail salon turned me away due to be under staffed I gave Prosper Deluxe Nail Spa a try, and I’m so glad I did. Ryan (new employee) was outstanding! Showed him a photo for inspiration, and he far out did it. He was extremely personable and friendly. Needless to say, I will be back time and time again. Very pleased!

I came in today to get my nails done for my engagement photos this afternoon, and was serviced by Tom. He was so kind and listened to exactly what I wanted, and if I asked for a correction he listened. I will absolutely be coming back to this salon and requesting Tom again!
